Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just a few issues We were in town for a baseball tournament. When I made my reservation, I somehow was given a new Rewards Club number. I called the Rewards Club to have changed and my correct number used - they called the hotel and then came back and said manager was not there, so I needed to call the hotel when the manager was there. I called back the morning of my stay and spoke with asst. manager, gave her all my correct info and she said she would take care of everything. WELL, SHE DIDN'T. Upon check-in, I had to provide the correct info. I was not pleased. Front desk clerk was very helpful and nice and took care of this for me. Got checked-in and headed to our room on the 2nd floor. Well, the room had a strange smell. Similar to aerosol hairspray and cheap cleaning products. (now dealing with sinus issues from stay) They were booked, so no other rooms available. Was offered air freshener, but declined as I felt it would make it worse. Had to keep the A/C at about 70 - so that the room was ok for us to breathe without sneezing. Hotel is definitely dated, but is convenient to 400 and all other things in Alpharetta. July 20, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Virginia was great with breakfast! They staff that cleaned the rooms and Virginia, who ran breakfast was AWESOME! They were very polite and helpful. The front desk staff needs to work on being courteous. The nicest person at the front desk was an African American black man. He was very nice and I believe he was in training. This hotel needs to be deep cleaned to remove the smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms and hallways. The front desk staff needs training on good customer service. We had a suite and the furniture was uncomfortable. Finally, very disappointing that the pool was closed daily for swim lessons. I have never been to a hotel where they close the pool, so swim lessons can be given. One evening, we had to go to the front desk 4 times to get keys to enter our room. They had deactivated our original ones. July 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect place for staying for concert at Verizon Amphitheater Chose to stay here for a concert at the amphitheater. They offer shuttle service to and from the concert venue which worked perfectly for us. Value is right on but I used points to stay here. Would highly recommend.. plus there is a Waffle House next door :-) June 24, 2015
