Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Front Desk People We were in Atlanta for a conference and if at all possible stay at Holiday Inn Express. From the website I selected this property for the location. When I plugged in my cell phone charger nothing happened so I went down to the front desk to see if they had an extra charger. They didn't so I gave them my phone to charge for an hour. I though that would be fine, however I was mistaken as my phone went dead during the conference. That evening after relaying my tale of woe to Tee (I'm sure this spelling in incorrect) at the front desk she gave me her personal charger to use for 2 days. I was so surprised and grateful to her. The friendly and funny front desk made this stay an absolute delight. February 23, 2015

Heat/air worked well. TV reception not the greatest for all channels, but the variety of channels was sufficient. Would definitely stay here again. February 23, 2015

I realize this isn't the hotel's issue but it's possible you could hear quite a bit in this area. Remaining part of the stay was fantastic! February 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Employees I had test at Emory Hospital and we stayed at your facility on Sunday February 8th and Monday February 9th 2015. When we checked in on Sunday the 8th, Cedric Sampson handled my check in. He exceeded my expectations, he was extremely helpful. I ask him about places to eat in the area. He gave me a list of all the restruarants in the area and then printed me a map showing me where to go. I advised Cedric that I was going to Emory for some test and he printed me a map showing me how to get to Emory. You are very fortunate to have an employee like Cedric Sampson. On Monday the 9th when we checked in Cedric Sampson and Jackie Jones assisted withe the check in. Jackie like Cedric exceeded our expectations. You need to use Jackie just to welcome guest. She has a personality that makes you want to come by to your facility just to get to see Jackie. If you are in a bad mood, you can't stay around Jackie. We l loved her and Cedric. February 15, 2015
