Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast items (bacon and biscuits) were gone by 7:00 AM
Shampoo bottle was half full indicating somone else had used and had not replaced.

TV was on wrong input and we were not able to get it to work. When we called to complain the maintenance guy gave us a new control. That was not the problem. The lady at the front desk did not know what to do either. We finally had to have our son fix it.
The first day we were there we had no housekeeping. By time we returned at 10pm it was too late.
The bathtub was very slippery. They do have hand rails, but it really needs a mat.
My original reservation was for a King bed. We were given two doubles.
The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in El Reno, OK. Our room and bathroom were very spacious. The bed and chairs were very comfortable. The desk clerks were very professional and helpful. The lady in charge of the breakfast was very efficient.

Over all it was a great stay but parking is an issue, spaces are too small and there isnt enough.
