Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bed not made! We stayed here two nights. After the first night we had a busy day and were away from the Inn from 9:30 until about 5. We were surprised to find our beds had not been made. I don't mean sheets changed because we were fine with using the same sheets for two nights, but the beds were simply not made up. The bathroom had been tidied and a couple of new towels installed but it was a surprise to find the beds unmade. We did report this to the desk as we left to dinner. June 16, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Stay away from here or Albert Lea Terrible experience. We were traveling and stayed exclusively at Holiday Inns. This was the absolute worse. Had to move rooms due to poor air con and gained very little. Bathroom had a fan that would not shut off and was very loud. Entire hotel was stifling hot. Common area were dirty and one bed in first appeared to have been slept in. Came to this hotel because the rooms at Albert Lea were not ready, even though it was 4:15 pm. Clerk's attitude was awful. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to stay This was a nice hotel. The area was fine. I was worried about the casino being nearby but there were no issues. Clean comfortable room. The only issue i had was the shower head was one of those modern type that twists from garden hose to faint outer spray. The garden hose setting had no pressure and the outer spray version had most spraying the walls instead of your body. Basically i felt soapy after my shower. Maybe a good head cleaning would have helped it but there shouldnhave been more than two options on the head just in case. April 21, 2014
