Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfection after a trying day! The front desk did a wonderful job, moving me to a room which was easy to shower(recovering from hip replacement). I was also directed to nearby restaurants at my request. I thought no could have been as hospitable until I went to breakfast in the morning and was greeted by to the attendant who offered to get me my morning tea, and knew exactly where the hot sauce was! Yay. Go to this property, you will be thrilled. March 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by perfect one night stay We checked in fairly early, 4-5pm, so kids got great use out of the pool, it was awesome. Our room was on first floor, therefore easy access to everything. Breakfast room was crowded in the morning, but that didn't matter because the food offered was great! March 23, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great New Hotel, comfy bed, meh breakfast I had a room booked next door because my college wanted to stay there but the rate was better at the HI-Ex, so we booked. Great stay, great staff, super clean. Free breakfast wasn't anything to brag about, we opted to bypass breakfast for a fast food sandwich instead. To be fair, other hotel chains have the same disappointing fake or frozen egg choices. I repeat, New Hotel, clean hotel, great staff. March 6, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Tooledo North Someone else wants a room you are already in, no problem. They just tell you that your reservations weren't placed soon enough. For who? These reservations were made for two rooms, the same room with a Jacuzzi. I made reservations with points from my priority club for the first night, and had to make reservations for the second night with its own reservation. Made with the Holiday Inn customer service, and this still happened with the hotel. They don't care about their clients, I do not care to travel to this hotel again. I will not be going there again. They need to have classes or re-evaluate their employees. February 23, 2016
