Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding Party Headache When I arrived at the hotel on Saturday I grabbed a luggage cart and put my luggage on it. I arrived at the front desk and there was no one there for approximately 5 minutes. The clerk arrived and told me that I could not use the cart because the elevator was not working. I asked her when it would be fixed and she said that it was supposed to be fixed that afternoon. I told her that my wife had Achilles tendon surgery three weeks prior and it was going to be painful to go up and down the stairs. I asked if there was a ground floor room and she said that there wasn't. I asked if there would be any reduction on the bill for the inconvenience and she stated that she would talk to the manager and if there was any reduction it would be reflected on the bill upon checkout. The other party in my group had checked in on Friday night and said the elevator was out of order then and was told when they checked in that it had happened that morning but it would be repaired on Saturday. They said they talked to a couple that had been there since Tuesday and were informed by them that the elevator was not working when they checked in on Tuesday. When I got to my room I noticed long black hairs on the tile floor in the bathroom and in the entrance of the room. It was obvious that they had been mopped over by the way they looked. I took pictures of them before wiping them up. We checked out Monday midmorning and needless to say the elevator was still not fixed and there was no discount on the two rooms. August 10, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not so clean The bathroom was dirty to the point of wondering if anyone cleaned the toilet? Also on the floor under the sink was dirty. I did not call or go to the front desk to ask them to change rooms but I should have. I will not stay here again the other hotel down the road is better. I do have photos but will not post them for others unless management wants them. August 8, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very Run-Down Hotel The elevator did not work Friday, Saturday, or Sunday although we were assured at check-in on Friday that it was being worked on and would be operational by Saturday. There was something green across the ceiling in our room. The shower curtains are too short to keep water from getting on the floor outside the shower, therefore the bathmat was soaking wet along with the floor in the bathroom. The room lacked the overall cleanliness that I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. I have stayed in this hotel at least twice before. This was my last stay in this hotel. August 7, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NO ELEVATOR, NEEDS CLEANING We stayed in 2 room suite, and the elevator broke the first evening, There were 3 adults and 2 children in the room and I had to request for extra towels every night. The front desk told me on the second day the elevator was repaired and it just had to be unlocked, it was still not working when we left on the last morning. We stayed wed, thur fri sat and left sun morning. My room was right next to stairs and it was noisy all night. Our room was not vacuumed but one time and that was thur morning. The breakfast food was not what i usually expect in my stay at holiday inn. I am a IHG member and I will not stay here again. This hotel needs a major cleaning and new management. August 3, 2015
