Love the amenities that were offered to people staying at the resort. The pool and hot tub were amazing even if it was sprinkling outside due to weather. Very secure parking that was super spacious. Enjoyed even the tiki bar and the movie room while waiting for the bus to the parks

Room was large and spacious. Hotel was very dated and needed a lot of upgrades. Some of the restroom vanity legs were broken. Corners of rooms has dirt and trash collected. Sink had mold in grout areas. Beds were okay and hotel staff accompanied a roll away bed which was appreciated. It was the worst but I hoped for a little more quality hotel space. Kids enjoyed gaming area and pool.
Extremely Disappointed with Our Stay and Customer

Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property is dated and the staff seemed uninterested in providing any meaningful help.
Our room had a strong musty odor, and the toilet was stained, with plumbing that made loud clanking noises throughout our stay. All of the drains were clogged, and the pull-out bed was in such poor condition we had to order an air mattress just to sleep comfortably.
To make matters worse, we accidentally left behind some important personal items—including an iPad, passport, book, and sunglasses—in a drawer when we checked out. Despite calling the hotel multiple times, we’ve received no real help. Staff continues to pass us off from one person to the next, offering nothing but excuses. There’s been no urgency or care shown for resolving the issue.
We ended up moving to another hotel for the second half of our trip, which only confirmed how far below expectations this property fell. We expected basic cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism—but got none of that here.

This is a great hotel to stay at! The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly and professional and the pool area is great! My 7yr old never wanted to leave. We will stay here again!

Stayed for one overnight Aquatica visit. About 10:30 PM the fire alarm was going off and we had to evacuate the building, along with all the other guests. I heard some kids laughing about it, so I'm assuming that they were the culprits. Hopefully, their parents are super proud of the lack of respect these kids had for others.

Overall a great stay for myself and 2 teenagers, the on site Applebees was excellent quality and value for money, good location for Disney with free shuttle buses to park , pool area great as was the poolside bar

The room was ready early. It was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for two people. It even came with 2 types of pillows. We enjoyed our stay.
