Located on the 1st floor, InterContinental Chiang Mai The Mae Ping, open daily from 10:00am to 10:00pm.

At the Sky Bar, where above us is only the sky, there is the exotic pleasure of watching a magical transformation as the sun sets in a blaze of red and gold, and the lights come on in the city far below.

The restaurant is styled after a grand mansion from an earlier era, with traditional Chinese furnishings of fine craftsmanship that exude opulence and wealth. The culinary arts of China, including cooking methods, ways of preserving and pickling, and a variety of ingredients, are all celebrated in the heritage recipes served at the restaurant.
