Mediterranean food is served for lunch and dinner until 10.30pm, every day. For cooler evenings there is an indoor restaurant, but you can’t beat dining under the candlelit olive trees in summer. There's a great wine list of Spanish and Mallorcan labels, and dishes include beef bourguignon, caramelised cod with roast-vegetable-filled ravioli and saffron foam, and passion-fruit crème brûlée with blueberry sorbet.
