Arriving at this hotel was like arriving at home. The room was amazing and the amenities were even better. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the Mt Juliet area.

Staff

By

The hotel is decent and I like the way the rooms are set up. The bed is a little too hard for my liking, but not bad overall. The room is very clean. My issue is with the staff and management who do not take responsibility for their actions. The first week I stayed, I asked for an extension for one night, I thought everything was okay with the extension, however when I arrived at my room after work, My room had been given to someone else. I checked at the front desk and was told there was nothing in the computer about the extension. Okay, so I get a room for the night, get my trash bag with my belongings from the old room to go into my room to find I was missing my shampoo, razors, hangars (for my work uniforms) soap, soap dish. My shaving bag was zipped and all of my clothes were thrown into the trash bag (clean and dirty). I was told the missing items were probably thrown away and they would check with the head housekeeper about the wooden clothes hangars. When I checked in for the second week, my wife and I asked about my items and we were given a card for the manager. my wife tried to call both numbers on the card for the manager and was sent to voicemail. My wife talked to the manger on Tuesday and he had not heard of the issue, so he had to look into it, but he would call the room later in the day. We checked out on Friday still without hearing from the manager. The razor handle is not made anymore so finding a replacement is crazy. The coat hangars were not cheap either and they do not look like the ones in the room, so they obviously do not belong to the hotel . Why would anyone keep some items and throw away others? They took the time to zip up my bags but could not take the time to put all of my belongings in the trash bag with everything else? I am not asking anything from the hotel. but they wont take responsibility at all. I spend more time in hotels than I do at my home and have never been made to feel like I do not matter until this.
