Long day of travel, checked into my room to find I was sharing with an already booked tenant that preferred to keep the room to himself. Went to get a new room which was unavailable but could not move hotels since the staff did not know how to cancel a reservation after I had arrived. They found me a room that was fortunately vacated but I did not receive the honor of having the room cleaned and serviced prior to me using the room for the first time. Fortunately one of the beds in the room had not been slept in so I was able to sleep in a rumpled but rather clean bed. Upon checkout I could not get a receipt due to the front desk not staffed which is understandable on a busy morning. The best part was my bill showed an upcharge for the larger room that I would have rather not had and did not agree to. Overall not a wonderful experience, not horrible, just unfortunate. Better luck next time.

This hotel was a bad experience and I will not be recommending this location to anyone. The lady manager was very cool. But she spoke to me and she stated that she requested help and some people that want to work. Not just a body. Sorry but you have to control your kids. I saw kids running up and down the hall way and I spoke to a child and told her to spoke running. This is not a playground. The bathroom need to have a makeover. They put me on the 3rd floor because many people stay there as it is their home. Find housing for these folks.

THEY HAD EXPOSED WIRES IN HALLWAY. THEIR FOOD WAS THE ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM FOR BREAKFAST AND THEIR SOCIAL HOUR WAS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. THE BLDG WAS OLD AND TIRED. WHEN I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY STAY THE STAFF MADE SURE IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS IT WAS MY FAULT. I HAVE ONLY ENCOUNTERED ONE OTHER STAYBRIDGE ALMOST AS BAD AS THIS AND BECASUE OF THE LOCATION I WONDER IF THEY HAVE THE SAME OWNER. IF THEY DO IHG SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM THE CHAIN
