The Huguang Hall, built in 1759, was a meeting place for businessmen from Hubei and Hunan in Chongqing, and together with the Guangdong Hall and the Jiangnan Hall, it formed a large complex of ancient Huguang Hall buildings in the Qing Dynasty, a historical evidence of Chongqing as a prosperous trading port and a brand of the era of the Huguang-Sichuan migration movement.

Chaotianmen Pier is located at the confluence of the Jialing River and the Yangtze River in Chongqing, and is the largest water pier in the city. It was once one of the seventeen ancient gates of Chongqing. The Chaotianmen Pier was a thriving commercial area with excellent transport links. So to this day, this area is still the most prosperous commercial wholesale and retail area in the city.

The Chongqing Three Gorges Museum, also known as the Chongqing Museum, is one of the first national-level museums and a national museum jointly built by the central government and local authorities. It is located in the Yuzhong District of Chongqing, directly opposite the Chongqing People's Auditorium.

The Chongqing Zoo is a large city zoo with a variety of functions such as science propaganda, animal protection, scientific research and recreation. There are eight functional zones, including bird and raptor zones, and eleven raptor halls, as well as a children's playground and restaurants.

The Chongqing Jianchuan Museum is the first cave anti-war museum colony in China, a museum colony consisting of eight museums created from 24 air-raid shelters.
