Will not stay here again

By

Reservations did not have my name; Requested a foam pillow and creamer for my room, and an hour later received another goose down pillow and shampoo; the in room coffee is pretty bad; No microwave; Was served expired cream for my coffee in the restaurant; The bathroom is very small (I had a two queen bed room) and would be hard to navigate with multiple people; TV selections are limited; Heater and A/C unit did not work properly; during my training event we had to use the restrooms on the main floor. It was very clear they have not been renovated probably since the hotel was built. Not even a hook to hang your purse on in the stall (because they had broken off)!!

The free wi fi was appreciated

Hotel was as a CP needs to be. Located on two major interstate highways, the windows allowed traffic noise to pass through into the room making it somewhat difficult to sleep.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
One of the two restaurants were closed for no apparent reason causing limited cost effective choices for on site food.
Ranchers Restaurant was excellent.
Two elevators was a plus.
Located in an older section of town.

James1948- Thank you for completing a review regarding your past experiences. We appreciate all the feedback you have provided us with today. We can only grow and become better at what we do and words like yours help. Please accept out apologies about only two of the three restaurants being open when you were making your choice on where to eat. The Stone Street Restaurant is only open until 2pm, it is a breakfast and lunch cafe. We look forward to having you back with us in the hear future. Thank you again for your time and review.

in room accomodation

The only thing I would have liked would have been a fridge in the room, which I did request, understood that there was a limited number available, but never got. I was able to keep insulin cold in my cooler but it would have been easier to have the fridge. I should have requested it when I made the reservation on-line I think.
All other aspects of my stay were great!
