My wife and I stayed in the King Spa Suite. Spacious living room and a King size bed. We enjoyed the large bathroom and the oversized jetted tub. Executive suite gave us free access to the lounge which I used to the fullest advantage. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone who will be staying in anchorage. I haven't stayed anywhere else so I can't really compare to other anchorage hotels, but I would gladly stay here again.

The only problem I had was making reservations online.We had chosen the King spa suite when I noticed another room available called the King executive suite. When reading the description of the rooms I couldn't tell the difference. I called in to find out the differences between all the suites that were available to make sure I was selecting the best room for us. The front desk said the difference was that the King Spa suite had a jetted tub. In the online description however both suites had a jetted tub. Front desk then began to explain that all suites have a jetted but only one room had a jacuzzi which is the largest room in the hotel. That still didn't answer my question about the differences in the other suites. Afterwards I was told that she didn't even understand the difference and that the online descriptions were confusing and sometimes didn't match the actual room details.

This worried me! Why would you have an online website that gives you room descriptions that don't match the rooms you're gettting. To this day I still don't know what the difference is between the various suites. All I know is that one room is unique, singular and the largest room in the hotel. So instead of booking my reservations online in fear, I made the reservation with the front desk and made sure I was getting the right room.

In the end, our hotel stay was great. I just wish I didn't have to go through such a hassle to put everything in order. I almost changed hotels because of this fear of getting the wrong room and/or amenities. Great Hotel. Maybe a better website and/or front desk help.

No wake up call

When I checked in the front desk staff were very curteous and got me checked in right away. I asked for a 4 AM wake up call and to be put down for a 5 AM ride to the airport. I never got the wake up call and wasn't put on the shuttle list. This was the first time this has happened but if my wife hadn't called me I might have missed my flight.
I have always been impressed with your hotel and the staff. The front desk staff, the shuttle drivers as well as the staff in Juno's have always done all they could to make my stay a memorable one. I hope this was just a one time lapse.

Absolutely Amazing

Staff is great, Rooms are great with views and the food is amazing. The resturant is a little expensive but well worth what you will get.
The housekeeping staff are attention to detail everyday and take pride in their work.
