It was my anniversary surprise! He had no idea what I had planned. It was phenomenal from the front desk to house keeping! We will definitely have many more visits! I will recommend this hotel to everyone!

Wonderfl Stay

This was a great hotel stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a little cool and I could not adjust the heat but otherwise every request was fulfilled and every need met during this stay. Kudos to Crowne Plaza St. Louis Airport. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

It began with trying to do a reservation with a group and the group code not being given credit saying it was full, though another member walked up and got a rate 100 dollars less than mine. Then the shuttle sent to pick me up drove by as I waved them down, and I was in the cold for a half hour. The front desk check in was courteous and efficient. The room was very good. The bed was very comfortable. The morning restaurant had a nice buffet. Having TGI Friday's for lunch and dinner on site was good. The wait staff was very attentive. The food was your typical TGI Fridays. The meeting room was adequate. The second day housekeeping hadn't shown up by 6 pm despite having been in the next room at 2. To the staff's credit, when I mentioned this at dinner time, they were able to send housekeeping then and take care of the room. Check out was efficient. The overall feel was reasonable, though there were enough service issues along with the room gouging to make me unlikely to stay at this property again.

Mostly Good Experience

Stayed here during a two day conference. The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Room was very clean and updated, except that the room coffee brewer was still dirty from previous users. It had dried up old coffee inside the coffee pot. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was mostly nice, except when we ordered a pizza and didn't know they did not deliver to the room. It took some time to get dressed and down to the hall, to the elevators and to the lobby . Someone from the front desk called up to the room to complain that the pizza delivery person had been waiting 10 whole minutes! It was nice having a TGI Fridays right in the hotel. The parking lot is gated which is nice, but inconvenient when trying to leave and the room key was not activated to open the gate. Had to go all the way back in to get that done. Overall, it was a nice stay though.
