Friendly staff. Nice interior decor

Reception staff very friendly and thorough.
Interior décor very modern and clean - Nice lighting throughout.
Lovely room with very large bed. Nice bathroom.
Restaurant menu a bit limited - Fine if you like burgers but could better.
TV channels enough to find something to watch whatever your interests.

Excellent hotel with good facilities. Executive club lounge was a nice relaxing area for pre-dinner drinks. Staff were very friendly without being over clingy. Evening meal was good with the chef cooking my steak exactly how I lie it first time. Breakfast choice was good as well. Bedroom large

Adequate hotel, resuarant not so good

The hotel is OK, location in the centre of Chester is convenient. The service in the restaurant is not what one would expect and the quality of the food does not compensate for that feeling.

Overall OK but not great

The rooms were fine but a bit dated. The staff were very good however there were issues with the internet and climate control in the room.
