could have been better

lots of drunk talking noise in the hallway at 1130. called front desk twice.. but that did nothing to resolve the problem. Bring your own earplugs, water and pocket change. snacks are $2 in the lobby and $1 from vending machines- which seems like a bit of shady business practices. Not the friendliest staff, but adequate enough for a night stay. no recognition given for my IHG membership. :(

Good service property needs upgraded

Excellent location, needs a remodel

This is such a fantastic location and you can tell that at one time this Hotel was 'THE' best place to stay in the area. It's looking shoddy now and it really needs a refurb. Add to that, the night staff are pretty grumpy and disinterested in your experience. We had pretty good service from the day staff and had fantastic service and food in the Lounge.

I'll probably stay here again, but be forewarned, night crew is G-R-U-M-P-Y. This coming from a 45 year old business professional staying with his wife. Not some youngster making trouble. Some people should just quit their job already if they hate it.

Noise in adjoining rooms

I know you cannot control the guests in their individual rooms, but late night TV.s with the volume turned up so that adjoining rooms can clearly hear the program can interfere with a good nights sleep. I had this experience on February 21, 2015. Maybe I should have called the desk.
