We were very pleased with your staff not only the way they did their jobs, but were so pleasant and always with a smile. The food was great and so tasty.
the only place we felt was short staffed was in the lounge taking orders and trying to get orders served. They tried as hard as they could, but with so many in there it was hard for them to try and keep up.4 to a room.
Also a small fridge would have been nice.
The coffee pots in the rooms are very slow if you have

This is a nice hotel with an excellent bar but no way to block the sunlight in room.


Bar is excellent, especially the staff and the beer selection

Access to Snap Fitness is a nice touch and almost makes up for the dismal on-premises gym

The location can't be beat. There is a ton of amenities within walking distance

The internet is pretty fast and easy to access.


- On premises gym is barely ever open and the equipment is junk. Very disappointed, but they do give you access to a nearby Snap Fitness which kind of makes up for it.

- Don't expect much if you are an IHG Diamond member. All they gave me was one free drink for a long multi-night stay. No room upgrade, no free breakfast, not even a pair of drink coupons for each night, like most hotels give their Diamond guests.

- No way to block out the sunlight in the guest room. You are in for a rough night if you are on Eastern Time.

Having lived in Austin, I know what's it like to experience the sunsets there. Living here now though, we don't see the sunset very often so we take full advantage of it. Lady at front desk (starts with M) at the hotel in Lake Oswego, OR is a great asset to your company... she was very helpful; remembered me from previous visits, took care of problems I had always with a smile. - I enjoyed all the staff really; they were all very nice and helpful!
