The stay was a lovely experience. I have stayed at this hotel during the remodel years ago for a week and then 48 hours for this reservation. The improvements were so nice. The restaurant provided excellent wait staff and the chef was kind to alter a seafood menu item change from blackened to sautéed for us. We received such excellent service. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. I was so impressed that I left the room staff a tip. My reasonable requests were accommodated (refrigerator, needing a later check out) with a positive response. The hotel was crazy busy with multiple huge events. The banquet food served was excellent. I was so amazed at the quality given how many events were happening at the same time in the hotel. The hotel & staff deserve praise for being so attentive and the quality being superb. I was greeted in the hallway pleasantly by staff and everyone was kind to inquire if there was anything they could assist us during my stay. It was nice to find a snack venue inside the hotel outside the ballroom area to grab a healthy snack and beverage. There was more focus on the workout areas too which was terrific with healthy alternative snacks & water provided as well. I most definitely will stay with you again.

Great place to stay!

Overall, this has been one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.
The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms large, and the room quite clean.
I loved the fact that there was a kiosk across from the wonderful gift shop where you could get coffee and snacks.
The food at the restaurant and bar was great. I especially like the chili!
The breakfast buffet was nice as well.
You couldn't ask for a better staff.

Unexpected Gem

When our flight was cancelled and we were stuck for a night, what a wonderful surprise the Crowne Plaza turned out to be! At a lower rate than other airport properties, our expectations were surpassed at every turn.
From the fairly priced dinner menu to the aromatherapy sleep kit, we had a very relaxing night and awoke refreshed and happy.
What a difference a nice night makes!

Messed up reservation

I reserved an Executive King. When we got to the room it was 2 double beds. I asked why we weren't in a king, and was told according to the reservation I would take anything available. Which I never stated, it was changed without my knowledge. There was a King available I know for a fact because a gentleman in front of me turned down a king for 2 queen.
I had also purchased breakfast and was given coupons at sign in. Sadly it was uneatable, the eggs were dry, the orange juice watered down, bacon was over done and in one mass clump, and the sausage gravy had no flavor. Sadly the only things half way decent were the coffee (lots of cream and sugar) and the milk. Cost was $13 a plate for what other hotels give for free and usually better. Will never stay again or recommend.
