Great Property

Had a great time at this hotel. We had a small issue the night we checked in, but the wonderful desk agent ( I forgot her name, but please look it up and comend her) took care of us first thing in the morning. The concierge was amazing and has a true feel for the city. More importantly than that was she was passionate about every interaction we had with her. Great place, can't wait to return.

Great Location, Nice Rooms

On the corner of Canal and Bourbon, the hotel is right where you need to be. Nightlife, restaurants, streetcars and shopping are all nearby.
Location aside, the hotel is very busy. There was a convention when I stayed there, and it was a bit hectic at check-in, but the staff coped well, and were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are big, clean, and very comfortable.
The bathroom had nice toiletries, and strong shower. Beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. I've stayed at a number of properties in New Orleans on prior trips, and this hotel is near the top of my list.

Hotel with great location. Access to Bourbon street. Was disappointed with room. I felt the last time 1 stayed I was placed in more updated room. The room i was in was poorly lit and bathroom was a bit tired. Also found out they stopped their complimentary breakfast and cocktail hour. All in all it was "ok". Can not beat the location.
