Poor self parking and rude valet attendants

Please improve your self parking signage and provide customer service training for your valet staff (many are rude and greedy).

Not the most desirable neighborhood, but close to the light rail that can take you where ever you want to go...

Good stay overall

Though I did not use many of the amenities I thought my overall stay was great. Everything was clean and up-to-date. I slept well and the staff was very helpful.

There are two things I did not like about this hotel. 1, they have very limited self parking. If the 30 spots are full, you have to valet your car. 2, the soap smells terrible. I do not like smelling like lemon squares all day.

Friendly Staff

We arrived in the morning much earlier than we could check in for the day. The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing guidance on where we could find some food outside of the hotel. They also provided us with directions to the area via the Light rail service.
