attentive and courteous staff, from start to finish was most refreshing and welcome.
As a business traveller, the Business centre is well equiped, and WiFi fast and efficient.
Rooms are well equipped for business or leisure stay, and can not be faulted in terms of cleanliness and comfort.
Eating in, and socialising is not an issue with a snug bar lounge and good all round restaurant area.
All in all I consider this hotel good value for money.

Great staff - not so comfortable or clean room.

The room was dirty when we arrived and the beds were really uncomfortable. The redeeming quality was the staff. One staff member named Titania was very professional as she assisted our team during our conference. She was very friendly and assisted with our needs in an effortless manner. The front desk staff was equally as attentive and professional as well as were very helpful to my family in finding local sites to explore while I tended to business.

Over all the hotel really needs to updated those rooms. We had an executive room on the 10th floor which was smaller than most regular rooms I have stayed in. Please clean those windows and make sure those floors are free from trash. I picked up three caps to 2 liter bottles when we first arrived.

The hotel staff was unfriendly and they also did not look very professional.
Even though we booked an executive room and I was very courteous, I felt like I was a third class citizen.
The rooms were clean, but quite outdated.
The common areas were pretty nice.
