La habitación era confortable, incluía té y café, pero este último instantáneo (Sería mejor de filtro). El desayuno era muy completo y el personal muy amable y eficiente. En 23 minutos se puede estar en Venecia-Santa Lucía, es ideal para conocer Venecia a los viajamos con auto alquilado.

Poor experience

The staff is very rude and treat guest in a bad manner, not willing to help. 1. From the information book in the room, it is said that breakfast starts from 6:00 AM. In the last day, I went to the cafeteria for breakfast after 6:00 AM because of early checking out. The waiter was very rude to stop me. 2. One day at noon, I came back to my room, the staff inquired me in a very bad manner and let me show my passport.
The location is not good. Actually Quarto D'altino is not Venice, Venice Pass CAN NOT be used there. Although this hotel is near to the train station, but there are not so many trains available to choose. More important, the train is always late for one hour, even more.

We greatly appreciate taking the time to bring this matters to our attention and apologize for any inconvenience the quality of service you received at our hotel may have caused you. First of all, we value very much as a Platinum IHG Rewards Club member. Second, I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding happened on the check-out date. We are recently updating the information on the room directories, and unfortunately some of them are still reporting breakfast at 06:00 a.m. Anyhow this does not permit the breakfast staff to behave in a rude way. I assert you that your concerns will be discussed with our Food and Beverage Manager to further investigate the staff behavior. Regarding the passport verification, let me highlight it is a procedure imposed by the local law in order to register and verify all the guests staying at the hotel and I do apologize if you found the way used to request it was unpleasant. Concerning the location, we understand that our hotel it is not in the heart of Venice, but it’s considered to be located in a very strategic position, just 2 minutes’ walk to the train station. There are more than 30 daily connections with 20 minutes ride to reach the Grand Canal. Moreover, the quality and value provided by our hotel are, without doubt, the most convenient available as proved by our guests reviews. On the other hand, the delays of the trains is not the responsibility of our hotel but are subject to the decisions of Trenitalia and the works on progress. It is our goal to consistently provide superior service and accommodations and your comments are very important to us. The feedback we receive from our valued guests, like you, enables us to target problem areas and take the necessary actions to ensure similar situations can be avoided in the future.
