Enjoyed my stay. Both times I received excellent service for shuttle, at check-in and servers in restaurant absolutely the best. I did miss a walk-in shower in my handicap room.

This property is under major renovation at the moment so there was a lot going on in the hotel, including the front entry being closed. There were rooms being renovated and lots of noise during the daylight hours. Additionally it has a very cramped parking situation as the Golds Gym next door seems to also share the parking lot and it is very busy at times. Overall I would recommend the hotel, and the food, and the staff are excellent.

Room was acceptable; sleep quality was poor due to clunking sound. Food was good in the only dining area for dinner, the bar, which was a nightmare experience with loud obnoxious men that employees were not able to confront or have management intervene. Yes, I brought both of these matters to the attention of the front desk and no resolve suggested or adjustments offered. Management was not available the eve of dining nor the morning of my check-out. In my opinion, restaurant employees should have an avenue to deal with obnoxious people and that clearly was not in place. My server, to her credit, apologized for the bad behavior of the men at the bar.
