I stay here for business often and while most everything is just fine, I do have to say that the wireless is woefully inadequate. You really need to upgrade.

Enjoyed my stay and will be staying at this hotel again. One suggestion is to have a gift bag for priority members in the same manner that other Holiday Inn properties have.

This hotel is a great value and is close to downtown. Jack's restaurant was packed both nights we were there! The only quibble about our room is that the pool was being cleaned while we were there so it was an empty, dirty eyesore right outside our balcony. Other than that, everything was great. Clean room, friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again!

Checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The GM left a thank you card for us at check in, appreciating our choice to stay there. We had a full schedule and only stayed for the night, so it was a great value for a great room. The room was clean, comfortable, and made getting out of bed a bit difficult the next day. The bathroom was clean, there were more than enough towels, and if this is important to anyone, the water pressure was great! I can't comment on much else since our stay was short, but I'll definitely default to this hotel again for future visits.

I don't understand why housekeeping is allowed to knock on your door at 9:30 in the morning to see if you have left your room yet. You have reserved that room until the designated check out time. Unless housekeeping visually sees you leave your room with all your belongings or you have notified the front desk you are leaving, you should not have someone knocking on your door.

The setting is truly beautiful and wonderful. Yet priced like a standard holiday inn express. Rooms are fabulous . Staff are great. The restaurant was the best. We weren't there in summer weather, but if we were, they have a very large outdoor pool, bar and outdoor eatery........I would go back in the summer just to sit there all day....a true resort. This is a fabulous gem, hidden away in a beautiful area, and close to shopping, fishing etc.
