This is a new property and it is very tastefully done. It is warm and inviting, exceptionally clean, and the staff are very courteous. There are healthy options for breakfast - fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal - in addition to eggs, bacon, etc. We stayed here on a trip through the redwoods and wanted to avoid staying in Crescent City. Although there is not much in the way of businesses - especially in mid-November - open in Klamath, this hotel has everything you need. I had read that the food at the new casino restaurant was overpriced and poorly prepared so we picked up food in Crescent City to eat in our room (microwave and refrigerator provided). They do not have a jacuzzi but the pool is heated to 78 degrees so it is very relaxing. My only complaint is that the price is a bit high for the area; but then again, you get what you pay for.

We were on a 2 week family vacation, traveling from Colorado to Northern California and down the coast. We stayed a The Holiday Inn Express in the Redwoods. We also stayed at other Holiday Inn Expresses all but 2 nights of our vacation. We LOVED our stay in the hotels and will continue to stay at one where ever there is one available on future vacations! The rooms are very clean, staff is ALWAYS helpful and considerate and the breakfast is a good bonus (especially with kids!). Thanks Holiday Inn Express!

I really took advantage of the comfortable beds. I was working nights and when I went to bed I fell asleep so fast. I didn't want to get up. There are plenty of TV channels all of my favorites which is rare in most hotels. I will surely stay there again if I'm ever in the area.
