Overall, the hotel is clean and accomodating. The room was well equiped for food preparation. It would be nice to offer breakfast and an indoor pool.
Good night's sleep and Pet friendly at a cost.

Great place to stay. Close to area's of interest.
Staff were great.
Would stay again but ask for a room at the end of a hall.
Try out the local TexMex restaurant!

We stayed one night at the Candlewood Suites in Bel Air, MD. It was nice to do a pre-check in online and let the staff know when we expected to arrive. Check in was very quick and the hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We were greeted warmly on arrival and recognized as a rewards customer. Check in was quick and efficient. Our room was very spacious with a full size fridge and two small burner elements. Closet was quite large. The beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and shower was hot. Parking was very ample and well lit. It was close to restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy (one minute drive away). The location was quiet. Snack room (Candlewood Cupboard) was well stocked. Overall a very enjoyable stay for all. My only suggestion: a complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar would be a nice touch for guests (as breakfast is not offered here).

Room was night and clean, Staff was excellent Night host was amazing.
Elevator was due for an inspection 4 years ago. Some buttons don't work.
Charged double from what we were quoted.
Dated rooms and very little customer support for Comfort or accommodations

This hotel was very conveniently located to the park that I needed. It was also around for other hotels and conveniently located near a grocery store and other eateries. This hotel is extremely dated. There was no coffee in the café and very little options for the customers and guests that were staying. The room was not clean up to standard and the shower head was barely working. The safety certificate in the elevator read that it hadn’t been inspected since 2020. I brought it up to the front desk and they told me they would bring it up to the GM.
First floor dog smell

My wife and I stay at IHG Hotels everywhere we go. This is the first time we have stayed on the first floor of a Candlewood Suites. We did not know that dogs are allowed in the rooms on the first floor. Therefore, we did not expect the strong dog odor we experienced in our room. It was unpleasant. It is our first unpleasant experience at an IHG. So, we asked about how to avoid it in the future. We were told that dogs are only allowed in the first floor rooms. We will not be staying in first floor rooms in the future. So, we are glad they allow dogs in the hotel, but we simply don't want to smell them in our room. From now on, second floor and up only.

The lady who checked me in was very welcoming and assistant.
The rooms were big and up to date with a full kitchen. The pool was big and well maintained my kids ages 1 and 10 LOVED it !! The area is in a tucked away location with local dining and restaurants easy to commute to. The only thing I'd change is I wish there was a complimentary breakfast. Luckily there's a grocery store local ! Never the less my stay was amazing. I highly recommend for leisure and/or business.
Comfortable beds, clean linen for bed as well as for you to take a shower.

I love staying at the stay bridge with my family. We are able to cook as well as enjoy swimming and if we want to some barbecue we can get it and cook out. I love that we have utensils as well as plates in case you forget your or don't have any that they provide some for every room. I love that the freezer makes its own ice wish it was crushed ice I love ice and crush ice has been my favorite since I was pregnant with my first child. I never really like ice like that but once I found out I was pregnant that all I ate on majority of the time because I wasn't able to keep food down due to having problems with my gallbladder. I would recommend anyone to this hotel. I had a great experience when going to any candlewood sites everywhere I go. I love when I am in a great atmosphere around wonderful people. It makes everything so much better when people take there time and actually talk to you like you are a human being. Thank you candlewood suites out are too kind. We will always come back to any candlewood never had any bad or negative experiences always been the best of the best experiences. Keep up the excellent work

I would avoid this property and go to any other IHG property if possible.
I have been traveling and staying at IHG properties for 30+ years and NEVER have I had such a bad experience.
