After a catastrophic ordeal at my condominium Candlewood became my temporary place. The accommodations were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The whole staff provided a pleasant experience during turbulent times.
Bad hotel, poor location, rude staff

Hotel is located in the terrible place - in the corner between two main roads. It's hard to even get into the location. Have to drive in the small neighborhood to get to the lobby. Pretty small parking lot. No breakfast in the hotel. Rooms and hallway are pretty outdated. Staff not friendly at all – when I asked for a late checkout, the answer was: “no late checkout”. That’s it. It’s like they want to leave the hotel ASAP and do not care about your needs and have no idea about “hospitality” service.
