Nice comfortable hotel

Room was very comfortable.
There was no room service, no coffee refresh, only one coffee cup. Beds not re-made. No one at the desk at night. Kids were playing with the elevator and stairs (not entirely your fault).

Great staff, room needs updating. Carpet was warn and I'm sure very dirty. Bathroom vanity light was not working. Also, rates were overpriced for the non-updated room. Need to change the carpet ASAP.

I’m allergic to feather/ down bedding nothing to accommodate my stay. I wasted my points staying here. Staff lack luster welcoming and didn’t acknowledge my status.

For the price, this is probably the best deal in that area, but the place really needs updating. The paint job looks like an amateur child had done it, there was peeling wallpaper, only one elevator was working. In the morning, the Night Shift guy just waved his hands at me and hardly spoke at all. There’s no coffee in the carafes. In the room, there’s a strange arrangement with lights in the bedroom and on the living room side, or on the same switch so we had to keep unplugging and re-plugging in lamps in the living room depending on our needs. Someone just needs to do a full overall of this place and I think it would be fine.

as a whole the hotel was good .. great location.. however the refrigerator didnt wrk and breakfast was to be included but no breakfast was served on the property

I really enjoyed my stay. This was my first time staying here in Birmingham AL and I think that the staff is doing a good job running this hotel. My room was clean. I enjoyed my start so much that I signed up to become an IHG rewards member. Thanks again and I give them a thumbs up.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a night. The overall experience was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. I love the way the lobby smelled upon entry and the overall cleanliness was above par. I will definitely stay at this establishment again if I’m ever in the area.
Good room but noisy

Initial check in was a little cumbersome they could not or did not know how to enter multiple days on the key card. I had to return every day to get the keycard updated so I could use it for the full day. Gap at bottom of door let in a lot of hallway noise and there was a lot of noise from other rooms as though the walls are just a little on the thin side. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the room was clean love having the full fridge and kitchenette.
