Ok stay

Th bed was pretty comfortable, but the bathroom could use some work. The cupboard was practically empty and you could tell what was left were the things that no one wanted. Check out was quick and easy with no surprise charges.

Around 11:30 pm, the fire alarm went off. I don't know exactly what happened but there was no announcement of real fire on going or false alert by any chance. So explanation what so ever. By hearing the fire truck sirens, it was clear something happened.
Obviously, there was no good night sleep because just in case actual fire going on and so my life will be ok...
When check in happened, there was no apology from the front desk nor the explanations of what happened.
Comfortable beds but noisy air conditioning

The room was clean, beds were fine, but AC made strange loud noise when it turned on

We loved it. The bed was comfortable and the amenities in the room were well laid out. It would be perfect for an extended stay.

Bed not comfy. Bathroom toilet flush did not work even after changing the rooms. Bathroom towel very poor quality.

Room was dirty and dusty; dead bug on wall from previous guest I’m assuming. Recliner in room was filthy couldn’t even sit in it. Glass table in room looks like it was never cleaned. Extremely disappointed.

Stayed for 2 nights and the overflowing garbage outside of reception that was left there the entire time was a bit ridiculous....we mentioned it to the front desk and was told "it's not their job". Wow.

This candlewood was very clean, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the laundry units worked great. Would recommend!

This is about our 3 or 4th stay there and we always liked the accommodations.

I don’t really have much to say. I needed a room for travel. I wish the hotel had a breakfast bar. The store on the first floor didn’t have a great selection. And the pool was closed most of the week I was there. But the room was comfy.
