Wonderful place

We came in for a fishing trip and we had our dog and the hotel was so accommodating, The Candlewood staff graciously moved us next door to the Holiday Inn so we decided have a ground floor room. Both hotels had wonderful friendly staff. The room was super nice and the breakfast and coffee the next morning were awesome. Our room was so quiet and the bed was so comfortable.

This trip to Louisianian I switched from one hotel to this one and was disappointed. I travel down here over 7 hour drive and I get greeted and give 3 heresy kiss in a bag because of my "member status". Really!?! Then I get up to my room for my next big disappointment. The TV's are small and in a corner from the bed. Suggest bigger TV's or put it on the wall in the middle of the room. Then we move on to no FOOD. At least when we stayed next door you get a breakfast sandwich. McDonalds gets old after the second day there. That's the only thing open in the morning. Second guessing my switch!

The Cut Off/Galliano team have done it again. Each time we stay there, they are always available and engaging. They treat my kids and grandkids like they were their own. Bottom line, they treat us like family.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The suite was fresh, clean and well appointed.
Overall, more amenities than I expected.
Would highly recommend this location and it will be my regular place to stay when I'm in town.

Good staff and very nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable bed with fluffy pillows.bathroom was very clean and had good ointment to shower with and wash your hair. Very clean sheets and of course felt and spell clean

I stayed in this hotel for a week and the house keeping and customer service was excellent, I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends and co-workers. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced also.
