Smells old and poor staff

Just a horrid experience smells old , rooms aren’t cleaned properly, staff is non existent, aC in my room kept the room freezing because thermostat didn’t work. Plugs on the lamps didn’t work … it was just a bad place to stay and the prices were not worth it.

I am a corrosion and bacterial specialist for the fire sprinkler industry I travel coast to coast IHG has been great for rooms close to my job site

My experience was very good. I work nights so they gave me a top level room because I sleep during the day. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The cupboard was always full, and the coffee was hot.

Stayed here for 3 weeks, as I liked the fact I could cook if I wanted too (Microwave / 2 hot plates) good size fridge / freezer.
Bathroom and shower were good, the bed was comfortable, and the room layout allowed me to work when i needed too
Internet connection was strong too.
Slight word of caution, i was above the gym, which meant i heard some noise in the mid to late evenings.

There was a ready made bed awaiting me for my stay. The bed was comfortable and clean.I enjoyed my stay there because the fluffy pillows are relaxing and very comfortable. Watching tv from such a comfy spot is enjoyable.

Not much more than a quick shower. And a bed. The cooktop controls were broken. Food was left in the refrigerator and freezer, along with open alcohol bottle. Vomit at the entrance two days in a row.

I stayed at this location for a business trip and was hardly at the room. But it was a good experience and the staff was friendly. No mishaps on my stay and I always stay at IHG resorts. I will stay here again on future endeavors.

The lady at the front desk always greets me and ensures I’m taken care of. Hotel is always clean and I have never had any issues here. I stay once a month and love the hotel.

Hotel and the only staff member i saw was great, nothing was mentioned about my membership status but the military hadn't activated my credit card and the staff lady was very patient and helpful. I believe someone had their catalytic converter stolen and repeatedly started and stopped their car which woke me up. Other than that and not having breakfast it was great.
Did not get the room we reserved.

On January 11,2023 I CALLED the hotel directly and reserved a 1 King Bed 1 Bedroom Suite for the date of January 21,2023. I received confirmation confirming by email.
Upon arrival we were told by the receptionist that they could not give us the room we requested, the only had a queen 2 bed available. I asked why and was told the room closed down. Why had they not emailed me telling me the room was not available! I was upset and asked if there were any more king beds available and was told no. I then ask how much the 2 queen bed would be and he told me $88.00 plus tax. Not having another choice other than going to a different hotel ( which I should have) we took the room. NOT HAPPY!!!!
Once inside the room our TV remote only had one volume, HIGH!!! I tried to call the front desk, NO ANSWER.
The next morning we went to check out and I wanted a receipt showing the $88.00 plus Tax charge. NO one was at the desk so I loudly ask if someone could help me. A lady finally made her way up and when I told her I wanted to check out she replied ok. I then asked for a receipt and she told me to write my email down that there were no one there to give me one and they would email me my receipt. They had my email from my original booking on 1/11/23. I wrote down my email address and asked her to please have them send it as soon as possible. Today is January 30,2023 and I still have not received my receipt! Bet they had time to charge my credit card for my stay!
I would NOT recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at! We stay in hotels frequently and I would not stay at this location again. As a matter of fact I will think twice before I stay in a Candlewood Suites again.

Not recommended - too many cons - including no hot breakfast, no hair dryer, and no soap in shower.
