Rooms dirty and in bad shape

Upon checking into the hotel, I found a dishwasher full of dirty dishes from the previous resident. The front desk staff was quick to offer me a new room, but this new room had broken A/C in the living room, no pots and pans, no hair dryer, and was overall dirty and in need of an update. My experience was so negative that I was supposed to stay for two weeks, but after seeing the condition of the room, I checked out after the first night. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

All hotel workers were very professional, nice, and willing to help. Room was surface clean - but the walls and door could use a good deep clean. I got great sleep here. Was a pretty good stay.
