The rooms were great. For the value you get such a spacious room with a nice kitchenette area to give you more flexibility with your trip. The staff somehow gave our room to someone else and didn't know they were in the room. The person inside was not happy. We were quickly given a new room, but after some time to think it over this situation could have been very dangerous and we were freaked out at checkin. The measly points we were given at checkout now seem like an insult for what we went through.

The room was quiet and comfortable, and having the kitchen appliances available was a plus. The temperature was easy to set, and the TV was easy to use as well.

I will be coming here again. Highly recommended. The room is clean and pleasant. It was a good stay. The mattress was really easy to sleep on and very comfortable. I will be staying agian when we are in town for Hershey.

This place is very dated. Everything was just a mess. The staff tried to be helpful but either they didn’t know how or just couldn’t. It really was just a mess

Refreshing to be at a hotel where people care. I liked that the manager was friendly and nice. I had one small issue and she fixed it right away. It's hard to find good people. The place itself is immaculate.

We really did like our stay at this Inn. It was warm and cozy. I think the rooms are newer than most hotels I have stayed at. I do like this brand a lot. We will be coming to stay here again once we are in the arrea.

Lovely and well appointed room. New smart tv. Comfy bed. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. They apologized for not having a continental breakfast, but said breakfast items were for sale in the shop.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed. The smells were horrible. My son actually threw up when we turned on the heat because of the smell that came from it. We left early and stayed our second night in town somewhere else. I would never, ever stay here again. Additionally- there was a gazebo outside our window and people were there until 3:30am and very loud.
The staff was nice- and I didn’t complain because there was really nothing they could do. The condition of the hotel was unacceptable.

The property is clean and the staff is accommodating. As always my family and i enjoy our stay with the great amenities and easy access to highway and close shopping and eating availabilities.

Heather and Faith were very nice managers onsite to help out a lot. They went above and beyond. Also, I liked the rooms a lot cause of the bathrooms - the shower was really nice. The beds were really firm and I liked how clean the palce is.

The manager was really sweet. I was so happy with her service. The overall experience was awesome. Rooms were just so big and comfortable. I will be coming back to harrisburg and will stay here again.
