I needed to extend my stay & did not have any trouble doing so. The deposit requirement is a little confusing but manageable. Restaurants in walking distance & a gas station a few feet away are convenient.

I stay a week at a time for business to avoid commute. The full kitchen makes it affordable and healthy to have dinners in.
I would hope the guym is availible soon, the calories need that outlet.
I appreciate the staff. They treat me like a friend.

Hotel customer service reps. are very professional and courteous.. They were very obliging and helpful. Your treated with kindness and respect Made my stay most enjoyable. The comfort of my room was wonderful. There was know noise and it was very clean and fresh smelling. The bed was most comfortable. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Candlewood.

The hotel is going through renovation, which was needed. The morning desk clerk was an absolute delight and she was dealing with several things. The neighborhoood was not the best. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Very dated rooms with equally poor bed quality, loud air conditioners and poor quality fixtures. Sleep quality was awful, barely slept the 2 nights.
Needs a serious update.
WiFi very poor, barely worked. Gym room unavailable, under construction. Bathroom design with door right behind the sink was inconvenient as you would bump into it every time. Overall just a very low quality hotel.

My stay at the Candlewood LAX was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Ms. Maria and Mr. Jose had truly made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Coupled with exceptional service, the hotel provides coffee all day and a variety of cold drinks and snacks in the common area. A big plus was the new washer and dryers downstairs. The staff work hard at maintaining the hotel interior and exterior at this location.They provide security for the parking garage.The hotel’s prime location makes exploring the city a breeze.
Room condition was poor; overdue for renovation.

The light fixture in the bathroom was rusted; the kitchen and bathroom faucets leaked; the AC made funky noises; the frame around the mirror was swollen because of water from the faucet; some a-hole was revving up his car engine on multiple nights (maybe an employee); was approached by bums while in the smoking area; overall a noisy corner.

Greetings, everyone and everything was as it should be. Always like the thought of having some quick grab and go eatery, (free) but I suppose that's why the kitchen is there... Some of us vacation when we are Away from home - which doesn't always include cooking for a short stay. Customer Service were Great, the stay was pleasant and I recommend The Suites as "A Home Away..." that is All I have to say at this right now moment. God Bless, Octavia
