Problem#1 The sheets on the bed were dirty (dried blood stains)
Problem#2 Dust around window and other areas
Problem#3 Desk tops and Hard surface areas were dirty
Problem#4 Bathroom was dirty
Problem#5 Found multiple bugs in room
Problem#6 Cleaners who were instructed to come clean room for a second time use ONE rag to clean ENTIRE room (including: dust from window and the filter, the kitchenette, to the hard surfaces, to the bathroom) oh and the best part of it she wipe down the toilet seat and all then continued to wipe off bathroom counter.
Very COMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE and staff is very HELPFUL.

I have stayed at the Candlewood Suites a bunch of times over this
past year and I must say the thing that STOOD OUT THE MOST TO ME IS THE STAFF IS VERY FAMILY ORIENTED from the GENERAL MANAGER JOSE TO THE MANAGER OF THE HOTEL JEFF, and the lovely ladies that run the front desk in the am KELLY and overnight VJ. They all are very polite and try their very best to make your stay the best ever. They try their damnest to get your request fulfilled of whatever it .is.I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice cozy place to be like a second home away from home with a nice kitchenette in it THIS IS THE PLACE......

Great Front Desk Staff makes us feel like home, very friendly and nice to hang and talk to when they are not busy.. feels like home... they make sure we are taken care of... just like our second family;-))

Had a great stay at this hotel. VJ, Jose, and Jeff are great staff. Very professional and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious for a reasonable rate.The cleaning staff was excellent and kept my room very clean. Lots of places to eat close by. I would recommend his hotel. I’ll be staying here again.

Wonderful hotel . The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is excellent especially at the front desk. VJ, Jose,Carla and Jeff They are very nice and very professional. House keeping does a great job. Maria and her staff are great. The hotel is located in a very convenient area with lots of good dining establishments around. I always know I’ll be taken care of here. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Decent hotel for the price. It was a last minute reservation. Booked a king handicap accessible room The clerk at check-in didn't offer us anything or give us an option to cancel, she put us in a double room. When we went back down front about it, she immediately told us that she didn't have a king room. But said she would look and proceed to put us in the room that we booked, a king handicap accessible room. She also never said anything about a $50 deposit. When we rebooked for the next night, a different clerk charged us for the $50 deposit.

Would be nice if firmer pillows. My wife and I have neck issues. Also, would have been nice if I had been told on the phone my card wasn't going to be charged until I arrived.

Front desk staff wasn't that friendly...every shift I seen was sitting down and never stood once to greet guest ...I work as a night audit for IHG so that really didn't bother me, just an observation. Room was nice for the price and the location, Loved the room extra's(mini kitchen) only thing this hotel didn't have was free breakfast...no biggie but would of been an extra bonus
