Columbia Regional Airport (COU) : Take Hwy 63 S 13 mi to Jefferson City and then merge onto Hwy 50 W. Travel 5 miles on Hwy 50 west to the Country Club/Truman Blvd exit. Turn right and pass the HyVee grocery store, then right on Amazonas drive, the hotel is two blocks down on your left.

Exit onto Hwy 54 West for approx1.5 miles, then exit onto Hwy 50 West. Travel 5 miles to Truman Blvd. exit. Turn right at the top of the exit for approx. 0.2 miles. Turn right onto Amazonas Drive.

Travel US I-70 East to Columbia. Exit onto Hwy 63 South. Travel approximately 30 miles to the Hwy. 54 West/Jefferson City exit. In approx. 1.5 miles, exit to Hwy 50 West. Stay on Hwy 50 West for approx. 5 miles and exit right onto Truman Blvd. Travel approx. 0.2 miles to Amazonas Drive, which is on the right.
