Travel here regularly for business… what a great hotel! Very clean rooms and great staff! Easy access to highway and shopping!
Staff Lied about upgrade!

Upon checking in I ask for an upgrade and the lady at the front desk made a phone call and then told me they didn't have ant room upgrades. I checked to see and there were several upgrades available for the night. I understand it is up to them if they do an upgrade. I just don't appreciate being lied to by the lady at the front desk.

Our stay was for a soccer tournament. This location was perfect and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. If I’m ever in Jenks, I’m only staying here!! Also, this hotel was extremely clean and affordable!!

Very pleased with location. Pleased with interaction with staff. Beds were a little hard, but still okay. There was no lotion in the bathrooms. The housekeepers were very helpful and pleasant. Overall, I would give this hotel 4.5 out of 5

I love staying at IHG properties.
I like being greeted as a member and I like having my room preference on file and knowing I’ll be staying in my favorite location within the hotel. The staff at the Candlewood Suite Hotel were very helpful with restaurants nearby and directions.

This stay at Candlewood was so helpful to us while waiting for our house to be finished so we could move in. They were able to extend our stay twice which helped us immensely! Thank you, Candlewood Suites!

In todays society customer service has been almost thrown out the windows. It’s refreshing to have experienced such good service from your staff. Add a restaurant and it would be even more great

I like staying at this location because of its location as well as the friendly staff. The rooms are nice and clean. The grounds are clean. The hotel is newly built and it has all the latest amenities.

Very clean room, even smelled clean. Smelled clean even a day later. Very well put together suite that made great use of space. Quiet even through there was construction across the street. Will definitely be returning.

I was here for 10 weeks while working at the hospital, and this was a great place to come “home” to each night! My room was always clean with fresh towels which I so appreciated. The hotel was modern and quiet.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. With the full kitchen available a longer stay would be easily possible. Unless we just missed it, I didn't see a breakfast served as advertised.
