NO HOT WATER

No hot water. Only stayed 1 night. I was informed by other guest that the hot water was out for at least 2 days. Very disappointed with this property.
Clean room, convenient location

This hotel, which clearly has been recently renovated was clean and nice, as well as conveniently located right off the highway and very close to many restaurants. While they did renovate most of what I could see, the elevator is definitely an issue and kind of scared my wife. It’s clearly very old and has had some lipstick applied. The door would not open upon arriving at our floor and the car didn’t seem to set quite right. We got it open by using the buttons but it was a little unnerving. Everything else was great, there was some noise at night but not anything more than can be expected.
Great facility, comfortable rooms.

Full recommend for this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the place has good amenities, and the staff is super nice.
Comfortable bed but has issues

This hotel just opened about four months ago and I guess it’s still working on something’s but there certain essential amenities that should be fixed before opening. The elevator was broke and we didn’t have any shower pressure or hot water. The beds were comfortable but unfortunately that’s all I have good to say.

A delightful stay with this hotel and everyone we talked to was super accommodating. For a new hotel that is hard to find so be proud that your workers are putting on a great experience. That's what makes IHG and IHG owned hotels the best!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Stephanie and Jade were amazing. Lot's of stuff to do and places to eat near by. Would recommend this hotel to any one whether it be for business or pleasure.

Everything was perfect like I said just make people aware of the incidentals charges of 75 dollars and breakfast !
Clean room and bathrooms and sleep experience was good.
I’d give it an- 10 if it wasn’t for the incidentals

Nice area, staff were friendly but the fire alarm went off several times in the night and was so loud it was impossible to sleep, house keeping did not clean the room unless I asked. Disappointed in the service

The facilties are comfortable and spacious, but the rooms are not cleaned thoroughly between guests. We found pet hair in our chest of drawers, human hairs in our drinking glasses, and the floor itself was so dirty it stained our socks.
Nice new hotel in a good location.

Everything I saw was spotlessly clean. Room was nice, bed comfortable and minimal noise from outside or other guests. Driveway into it is kind of odd, part of it is blocked by a curb but easily navigable.
