Excellent Management and Staff

While we had a few issues during our stay. Management was excellent and addressed these issues expeditiously. The staff was always there to help address our needs. We plan on staying at this location the next time we are in the area.

The stay was terrible. The room smelled like dog urine. my kids were uncomfortable the entire night. I was told there were no other rooms available to move to. the bed literally felt like a box spring.

Room and hotel was very clean and nice! The only thing hot water could of been hotter and pool temperature would of been nicer if it was hotter too.

Room was very clean, bathroom looked great. Fixtures were polished, bed was recently laundered and carpet was vacuumed. Everything worked as far as I could see. Unfortunately the shower was very cold and at night we could hear other guests and their dog in the room above us.

The staff was very welcoming on arrival. Hallways and room was very clean. Cupboard could use more options. Very limited.
Not handicap friendly

I reserved a handicapped room two months in advance. I called at least five times to make sure everything was in order. When I arrived at the hotel, they did not have a handicap room for me. I could not shower I could not get in the bed and I could not get off the toilet. Family had to buy a $60 toilet seat so that I could use it. And I sat awake all night and a straight back chair waiting for morning to come. They offered me snacks from the snack room. And after much ado, the manager refunded my room. But that did not help me in that moment never ever ever ever ever stay there.

The room was very spacious. The staff was friendly and check in was a very easy. If we were to come back to Lancaster, we would stay here again!

Robin greeted me as soon as I stepped in the door & was very friendly & helpful. I enjoyed visiting with her when she was on duty. There was a man & two other females that I encountered & all were very friendly & seemed to remember me when they saw me. It really made me feel important.
Dirty and has a mold issue

I wouldn’t stay here again for a fairly new hotel it’s pretty run down. We stayed with a group and everyone had issues. One person checked into their room to find people sleeping in their room, others had dirty rooms, you can smell the mold the second you step inside the elevators. My room looked like someone peed on the bathroom door, couldn’t use the sink or shower because brown water was coming out probably because they said their pipes just burst and they replaced a boiler which is probably why they have mold too. The staff weren’t willing to help they just kept saying my shift is over talk to the next manager or I’m not even supposed to be here I requested off.

We lived this location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is a just a few minutes from a large grocery store to stick your full kitchen. We wished we could have stayed here longer
