I have always LOVED extended stay hotels but especially this property. They don't bother you and the rooms are equipped with anything one can possibly need on a trip. Staff was so helpful and friendly. They really go above and beyond in their service when I thought I was being a little picky; they made me feel very welcomed . The front desk is absolutely delightful; they helped me pick out a restaurant since I'm new to the area as well.

I really appreciate the staff at this hotel. I was checked in by Sim (Simeon) who has an awesome personality with a great smile! I also met Thuy who is so incredibly friendly and accommodating (she is super dedicated to assuring the guests are comfortable).
I also want to mention the other staff I met, Markayla and Cleveland, who reflect Thuy's attitude and friendliness.
Thanks to all of you for making my stay a happy one.
Ps I would have given a total 5 star rating but a defective thermostat or HVAC unit caused some issues sleeping through the night.
