Uncomfortable bed.

Nothing bad to say about the staff or the location. Appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly. The mattress would be the thing that keeps me from coming back.

Nice place, we usually stay across the lot at the Holiday Inn Express but they are doing some renovations and we thought this would be a great time to check out the Candlewood. Overall, good. Great nightshift staff, very friendly and helpful. Daytime staff didn't really acknowledge our presence when we would come through the lobby and seemed confused at checkout when I put my keys in the basket they had out on the counter. We ALWAYS drop our keys and simply leave.
There was an odor of wet dog in the room (#113). It was clean, but that odor lingered our entire stay.
Not sure why we were placed in an "accessible" room. No one in our party required that. While not a big issue, it just seemed awkward.

I wish this hotel has breakfast. The location is good. Stuff are very friendly and ready to help. Room is spacious and has a good space for working.

The staff working evenings named Stacy was exceptional! He made all of us feel very welcome and was extremely helpful and cheery while doing it. I didn't feel like an inconvenience. No matter what I needed assistance with he made sure I was taken care of. The laundry room attached to the gym had lots of washers and dryers available that worked very well. The gym has the usual stuff and my only request would be to put in a rowing machine since they have a bunch of huge pictures on the wall is Olympic rowing.
Needs maintenance.

Tub didn’t drain. Toilet kept running. Beetles on the walls. The place felt like it had hosted a few too many hockey tournaments. Convenient location, needs maintenance.

We really enjoyed our stay. The king suite was spacious and we had plenty of room for additional people if we needed it. The kitchen was well appointed. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Did not use for extended stay but...

We didn't reserve this room for its intended use as an "extended' stay. We simply wanted a room that would be comfortable for 4 adults traveling together an it did not DISAPPOINT! Having separate areas including a spacious kitchen, dinning / living room & 2 queen beds was perfect!

We were stranded during the winter storm of the century and the staff made us feel warm, safe and comfortable. They made sure we had food options and hot drinks and made sure we had a room beyond our original one night reservation. They went above and beyond and we greatly appreciated their efforts. Even our four month old puppy was welcomed and was cared about. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Ontario!

Stacey greet me upon my arrival. He was very pleasant and accommodating. I enjoyed the clean and spacious room. I was impressed with the Lender Locker as well as the Cupboard. I highly recommend family and friends to this hotel. I
