Location is convenient. Staff was friendly and room was comfortable but water pressure was very low. I was still able to shower, but the water pressure at the sink was very low. Overall, I would recommend this hotel because of the value.

Comfortable beds, great kitchenette set up, tv was simple and easy to use or all enjoyed my stay, only one issue the cockroach that ran a cross the room.
Probably one of my worst stays here to date

The swarmed by biting ants part on the 2nd floor was the real deal killer for the negative rating

My recent experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I accidentally left my Dyson air hepa filter in my room and immediately called the front desk, but they never answered my calls for five days. I asked a friend to go to the hotel and retrieve it, but the staff claimed it wasn't there. I'm shocked that a $800 item could disappear without any investigation.
What's worse is that the hotel refuses to check their security cameras or take any action. It feels like they're waiting for me to give up. I can't believe they're not willing to help me recover my stolen property. The lack of assistance and indifference from the hotel staff is absolutely unacceptable.
I advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. Their poor customer service and unwillingness to address issues like this make them a terrible choice. I deeply regret staying here and am having them flagged at BCD travel

Managment is very nice and welcoming. Love the area and rooms are very clean. Staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure they fix issues or concerns you may have my second home

The room was in good condition being clean and comfy, the staff was always friendly and polite, The location was good for me being only a short distance from my business worksite , The staff was friendly from the front desk to the house keepers and grounds keepers, would recommend this hotel

Convenient location! Very hotel and very friendly staff members. Great amenities! Laundry room was free to use and had many available to accommodate guests. Bed for me was very comfortable. Would recommend former pillows.

convenient location, very clean room. I would have rated this property a lot higher except that there was no hot water in the morning. Realizing that this is a "first world" problem, I was Very disappointed for the price I paid
