There is always need for a clean room and comfortable bed during a long drive to Texas and we were very pleased with our stay.

The front desk was super helpful when I first got there. They always greeted me and were very friendly. It was very easy to ask for help if I needed it and the manager came out and greeted me and it made me feel super welcomed.
Unresolved Rate Issue

I am disappointed in the service provided.My issues were clearly stated and still no return calls from the general manager. I phoned in twice and followed up with an email after the first inquiry. My concerns are still unresolved after a promise of a return call within 48 hours. After my calls I was automatically connected to a sales line to purchase a vacation package. I indicated that I would not entertain or even consider the offers until my specific issues were resolved.

I enjoyed my stay it was clean I feel right at home. The bed was comfortable and soft and clean. I will stay again and refer my relatives and friends to stay as well. Great location!

Manager problem

I have stayed at this location before and it is a nice hotel. I had no problems with the room. the issue I had is with the manager. I was in my vehicle about to leave to get breakfast. I saw a person pull in and parked in a handy caped spot closest to the front door. There was no handiecapped sticker or hanger in or on the vehicle. After returning and checking out I saw that it was the manager. She was not disabled. I told her that if she is not disable and does not have the proper documentation, she needs to move her car. She completely dismissed me and did not move her vehicle. This is very disappointing. I do have a video of our interaction.

This was a great stay. It's always a great stay. I stay here almost every month, and every time I'm here, I'm greeted promptly and properly, and whenever I have any needs (tissue, towels etc.) they don't hesitate to help.

Worked perfectly for what we needed, left a Friday night Football game and drove to meet our adult daughter to hand off a younger sibling who was going to the Auburn game. Me and mom wanted to call it a night

Overall this was a nice place to stay. Lots of restaurants in the area. The room was very clean. We wished there was a free continental breakfast. The bathroom lighting could use some improvement. The room layout was nice... we had the studio.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was so large and had everything I needed. The air was incredible. The TV's are small, but that's okay b/c I was out a lot and didn't have much time to watch TV. It was a great location and easy to access from the expressway. There's a Waffle House there and Cracker Barrel for your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
