Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It was average, just ok. Overall, about what I expected. Not great but average. No breakfast. First room we were put in had a broken TV so we had to move. Wasn't recognized as a platinum IHG member until the 2nd day when I inquired if I was still a platinum member. Had dogs and was put on the third floor so when they had to go we had to take the elevator or walk down 3 flights of stairs. Room was comfortable and staff was friendly. I used rewards points for this stay. July 2, 2014
