With the exception of one staff member at the front desk, this hotel lacked service, comfortable rooms, and professionalism. When I checked in, my first encounter with front desk should have been a clear indication that it was not going to be a good stay. Receptionist didn't even recognize me staying in front of her till I cleared my throat, and I mean standing in front of her! But then once she woke up I really believe a sloth could have moved faster than her. Actually I thought it was funny, but then the rest of my stay went down hill from there.

Issues arose but staff addressed them. Room type did not match reservation. Placed in handicapped room (I’m not)…moved… A\C didn’t blow cool air,…moved to room with no TV.
