This was my second time staying at a candlewood location. I specifically chose this hotel for the full size fridge and freezer, also free laundry services. The only thing that was an issue was our shower head pointing directly at the shower wall cause us to have water on the floor. The staff replaced the shower head and resolved the issue quickly.

Easy to find; comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff; everything as expected; full fridge, full kitchen, would recommend in a heartbeat.

Needs an update...a little bit dark. There could be more plates and silverware in the kitchen as well.
All exercise equipment is broken.

Had a pleasant stay at Candlewood Suites-Rockford for a year straight! Property was quiet, comfortable bed, hot water, great heat/ AC, ample parking, weekly housekeeping! And it’s conveniently located near a coach bus station if you need a ride to O’Hare Airport or Downtown Chicago !

Everyone is so nice and helpful.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
The staff is amazing from check in to check out, I’m always welcomed with a hello and a smile.
Close to everything and always a great stay.

I did not expect much from Candlewood Suites and that's basically what I got. The room was adequate. The room was clean. The hotel is dark and depressing. The bed was small. The room served its purpose, a place to sleep. I would not want to spend any extended time there.

Clean comfortable beds. Great location. Walmart and Sam's are close. Any type of restaurant you like is also close by
