The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the amenities were above and beyond for price point of hotel stay. Every morning we were greeted by everyone on the staff even the person moping the floor was super friendly. Normally when doing chores people just ignore you as you walk past them. This hotel is super clean, someone is always cleaning the lobby.

We got this room last minute. It was an easy process and was very affordable. Especially for the great quality. Bed was so comfortable we almost fell asleep immediately.

The beds were very comfy but no room service. We switched out towels at front desk, made our own beds (no prob with that one), and had 5 bags of trash in the corner the morning we left. Great location, minutes from Lackland AFB and 20 min from Riverwalk.

Super friendly staff, easy check in, and spacious rooms. The cupboard was a great amenity. Would love to see breakfast provided but 9 out of 10 stars for the experience.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel was easy to find and close to my appointment building. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The coffee was delicious and hot early in the morning.

Our stay was wonderful. the full kitchen was clean and a nice surprise. We utilized the kitchen. the room was clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this facility.

The location is perfect for alanyone going to an air force graduation and the staff is knowledgeable/courteous.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Loved having the small kitchen. I did notice a “pets” smell on occasion. I would have preferred a room that never has pets, if possible. We were close to Lackland AFB which made our stay very convenient for visiting our son.

Our stay was excellent. Came for Air Force graduation and the room was perfect to get out of the extreme heat and relax with our graduate. The staff was fabulous. A special thank you to the ladies who clean. You do wonderful work! The Lending Locker is a great idea and appreciated!
We will come back and definitely stay here again!

This property was in a good location from the Air Force base we attended a graduation ceremony other than the shore gel holder and being next to where construction was going on our stay overall was excellent. The hotel staff was extremely friendly especially the young man who was there overnight.
