The staff were wonderful. The room was outdated and the bathroom wall had a previous hile that had plaster still over it. Not luxurious at all. Felt like a motel.

My usual stay in that area. Next to the bowling alley so we can roll our balls across the parking lot and back. I find the rooms to be inconsistant in wear and tear but the windows always open and despite it being across the runway at the airport its sound insulation is amazing. There was some grafitti (or installation markings?) on the side of the counter on the sink in the bathroom, other than that it was immaculate. I wasn’t offered a snack, bummer, or recognized as a platinum member till I actually checked out but thats ok. I also am not sure if my points were added to my act. Other than it it was as usual, a pretty good stay. Beds are super comphy.

Flying out of Hartford, and we choose this hotel since it was conveniently located and had much around it. Minutes to the airport and restaurants, it was a great choice!
The staff was fun and helpful, the room was huge, clean, and well furnished. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate.
It was very quiet all night.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at the employee's are so nice and welcoming and helpful. My kids are always begging to go back to this hotel everytime we leave.
Comfortable room, but a lot of noise

There was a lot of noise during my stay. It sounded like it could've been the HVAC or dryers from the laundry room. It made it harder to fall asleep.

When you check in and the desk person hands you the key, make sure you knock on the door… someone might be in your room.
Also. The “upgrade” for the inconvenience was a sticky room with overflowing garbage cans.
If you're OK with no breakfast, great option close to airport.

Good value for the money. Close to Bradley International Airport could use some curb appeal and a commercial kitchen for breakfast options, but overall clean and OK stay.

Fine for overnight stay. Nothing special. Booked by mistake but wanted a hotel with restaurant. Has internet, TV bed , lamp, etc.

I love the stay as well as customer service I would like to see breakfast be a part of the stay as well though. I also love the rewards points. I love the status that lets u be flexible for checkout and early check in
