this hotel seemed dirty. the 3rd floor hallway was swept once the 4 nights I stayed there. Dead crickets in the hall paper, etc. Also, I went to use the elevator one afternoon and it did not work. I walked up the stairs to my room only to find the housekeeper had locked the elevator on the 3rd floor for her use.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Quiet location. Beds are comfortable. Only complaint was the cleanliness and feel of the bathroom. The shower curtain was stained and discolored. Should have been white, but the whole bottom was brown.

Upon check-in, I had to wait 40 minutes for a room. It was 4:00 p.m. when I got to the hotel. In the room, the shower curtain was molding. There were a bunch of kids constantly running around the whole weekend. No attempts from anyone to stop them.

I got a suite and there was furniture in every corner of the room. I know not every property if going to have the same feel, but this one just felt older. I did get good sleep. I got a good meal recommendation from the lady at the desk.

Staff was great and super friendly at check in. Upon entering our room, the bathroom floor had dirty shoe prints, beard trimmings on the wall under the vanity mirror, shredded cheese on the floor between the night stand and lounge chair. Dirt and grime in every corner of the floors throughout the entire hotel. When the room was “cleaned”, half of the trash was taken out and the towels were exchanged. That’s it. Bed wasn’t made. Floors weren’t vacuumed. The elevator was broken so that left everyone hauling luggage and ice chests up three floors to the rooms. Def don’t recommend!

Hotel room was not clean, bathroom was dirty, with dirty washcloth in the shower, hair, dirt on floor. Pool was dirty.
Homeless couple from the parking lot with a dog tied with a rope filling up plates in the breakfast area. Homeless woman wandering the hallway on our floor. Totally unacceptable. We were traveling with granddaughters and did not feel it was a secure environment.

Keep on driving.

Disappointed. Dirty front entrance, Trash can behind front desk overflowing. Front desk person was reading a magazine and my room key wasn't ready. Later we went out for dinner and she was still sitting and reading a magazine. Front entrance still dirty and front lobby trash can still overflowing. Came back and no coffee. This hotel is definitely headed downhill.

Our stay was perfect! From beginning to end we had no issues.

Horrible, stained towels were what we got for $200/night. I do believe they had been laundered but they were so disgusting we couldn’t and wouldn’t use them. The room itself was clean. The owner of this hotel needs to invest in clean linens. Oh, and oil field workers partying in the parking lot at night - not a big deal until the next morning, they just left all their trash of beer cans and cases in the parking lot. There was a dumpster just feet away. Worst experience at a Holiday Inn Express we’ve ever had!!

The front desk staff was SO nice!! However, the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned other than the bed made (hopefully washed). The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all, hair everywhere and dirt piled in the corners. The couch had disgusting looking stains all over it.

Not what I usually experience. Pool & spa closed 2/25 thru 8/25 (all Spring & Summer!).
No soap in shower (soaking wet when discovered), broken iron & functional laundry but no soap.
Where's management?!?
