This is my second time staying at this hotel. the location is perfect for me close to the metro and close to other restaurants. the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was perfect to start your day. I recommend this place for family and sole travelers.

This location was well kept, clean and staff was respectful and professional. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was quiet given that it was located in a busy area. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and will probably stay again on future trips.

The hotel is expensive for the location, and the area is run down but the hotel does have a permanent security guard in the lobby, the pool was closed this was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel as I knew there was a heatwave in LA, I do believe the there should have been some compensation either in the room rate or bonus points, the rooms are outdated but are clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful,

Quick Stay Before Universal Studios

In California for the weekend from Phoenix, staying in San Diego and drove up to stay here the night before going to Universal Studios. The hotel was well lit and easy to find. I thought the neighborhood looked a little shady, but we did not have one single problem. Parking is underground and there is security monitoring the lot. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was fantastic. Rooms were exceptionally clean, and the AC was COLD! Would definitely stay here again!
